Dr. Herman is so thankful for the opportunity to serve the families of Fort Thomas and the surrounding communities.

About Our Name

In the summer of 2025, Dr. Herman and her husband Alex felt called to begin a new chapter by purchasing a dental practice of their own. After deciding on this location, they brought their children to Fort Thomas to learn more about the community and visit Tower Park. Their older two children quickly declared it “the best park ever,” and it soon became one of their family’s favorite places to spend time together.

Inspired by the park’s charm, rich history, and its proximity to their office, they chose the name Parkside Dental to honor that connection. Many weekends, you’ll find their family at the practice—finishing a few projects before heading out to enjoy one of Fort Thomas’s beautiful parks. This practice is truly a labor of love, and the Herman family is deeply grateful for the opportunity to grow here while caring for and serving the Fort Thomas community.
